Sending chunky rhythms right down your block.

Thank you, Ms. O'Riordan.
Yesterday my legs were heavy and sore. I haven't felt like that in a long time. It didn't last, but it was surprising, and made starting the day less than enjoyable. Today was much better. So many end-of-year events and other business, it's hard to get to bed at a reasonable hour. None of us are getting enough sleep.

Now it's warm.

O God! I have long fantasied about such a morning as this! Balmy, but overcast. Sweating, yes, but striding, wearing many fewer clothes, lighter. Breathing warm air, it feels so good. The running continues.
