Father-Children Run

We are all off our exercise regimen, the wife reminded me to remind the kids that the three of us should take a run. So we did! A two mile run in the cold, talking about impending adulthood, piecrings, smopking, alcohol, divorce, all the good things.

Father/Son Run

The boy's stride matches mine. It was his idea to do Cain Park, made difficult by the large mounds of crusty snow at the edge of many driveways. We charged up the hill out of the park, and I was winded. He's such a big kid now, and he wants to keep in shape for wrestling, whether it happens or not.
