Considering I missed six days, thirteen runs in a month is pretty good. Also, my ankle no longer feels sprained. My heel is no longer in pain. I got up the past two morning, and I didn't even think about my feet. Healing happens, still. Healing happens.
Since members of my family have gone, the time has gone much slower. I think this has more to do with second-week syndrome than anything about them. I was anxious, now I am not. I had been anxious for days -- weeks, actually -- prior to the festival. Then the festival, then ... here. Just here.
Day after day. Time after time. We will be home soon enough, today is for here.

The Story Continues - Marco Lys
Street Life - Purple Disco Machine
Tití Me Preguntó - Bad Bunny
Treat You Better (Purple Disco Machine Extended Remix) - Rüfüs Du Sol
Work Your Body - LA Riots
I have gotten so used to playing only music I am already familiar with. Listening to this list is fun, my mind is free. I have had many ideas on these runs, I like the repetition, the dearth of lyrics.
