This morning I felt weak and sore. We are no longer getting the rest. We have been getting no longer eight hours, merely seven, or fewer.
But I still do not drink on week nights, Abe o am not snacking. It is amazing how I can gain weight without sneaking cookies, soda, or chips. And yet, no cookies, soda or chips.
Man. Remember smoking? What was up with that?
