Damn. Almost bagged on that run. Talked my wife into letting me skip it, too. "I'm too tired, I'm too sick ..." Dude, you're training fro a fricking marathon, man, was this supposed to be easy?
Ever since the weather turned I have felt in limbo. Also, since the numbers started going down instead of up. Just treading water. Staying limber.
