Still creaky stiff this morning, trying to shake off Saturday's run. By the end I was making much better time, but it was a pain doing stretches before heading out. Got up a half-hour earlier so I could actually spend time with my children before heading out for the rest of the day. In bed by 11, up by 5. What am I, 16?
