Half Marathon Week Training One

First week of half marathon training. Chris, his girlfriend Allie and I will meet for long runs on Sundays.

Climate: cool and sunny
Pavement: clumpy with snow clumps
Mood: detemined

They let me lead this week, and I brought them around a lot of my usual places, including by the high school and down Taylor Road.  I even showed them my house ... but had left my key at the rec center where we met.
