Now I've got the floor.

Packing my lunch is not just about saving money, it's about eating well. Monday I forgot my lunch, lunch I packed and then left on the counter. So I got sushi, which is all well and good, but I would be deceiving myself to suggest a lunch portion of sashimi with an entire California roll is "light."

That evening the wife had prepared a delicious meal, a tray baked chicken dish. It wouldn't have been a bad day's consumption except for all the cookies at the first reading of my new play.

Little obsessed by eating these days, apparently.

After the rain, wet and cool. One more day of Strawberry Spring (tomorrow) and then it will return to something like winter.

Good run, brisk, breathing hard. There is a deep pain in the back end, the boy and I need to engage in stretches together, I need to make a plan for that. He complains about aches. I know he is about to enter puberty, he's moving in and I am moving out. We both need to take care of ourselves.
