So many adolescent emotions to experience vicariously!

Got up a little earlier this morning, to provide more time to run. And yet, what I really want to do is go back to sleep again. I'm looking forward to this week being over.

Feeling a little sick to my stomach heading out the last two times, running on an empty stomach. That hasn't bothered me recently.

Breakfast: coffee w/cream, fresh strawberry, blueberry, banana w/granola & yogurt
Treat: doughnut
Lunch: brisket, turkey & cheese on roll, strawberries
Snack: Haribo cola bottles, pretzel rods (2x) 
Happy Hour: fizzy water
Dinner: Don Corleone Pizza (1 slice), strawberry macadamia salad
Alcohol? No

When doughnuts are offered, you take one.
