Pull a damn hamstring.

This is the map for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon. We round several small lakes, both banks of the Mississippi, and passing just two blocks north of my brother's house on Summit Avenue!

Route: Boulevard Loop

Flipped the schedule a bit, today was to be a day off but as we will be traveling, why not run today and make tomorrow off? See, that's how we manage these things.

The week I hope to concentrate a bit more on proper stretching. The pain in my right thigh persists, and I am not sure if or when it will subside. I have tried a variety of stretches, but since they all hurt, it is difficult to know which is best for relaxing the muscle.
