It is the distance, that makes life a little hard.

The Tall Guy

Wow. I can't believe I ran five miles, three nights in a row. Just not feeling it, any day this week. Until I get out there. Must be trying to accomplish something.

Okay, here's an idea. Leave Saturday at 5:30 AM, run across town, arrive at my parents at 8:30. Let my brother take me out for breakfast in Lakewood, and drive me back to Cleveland Heights, Nice idea, in theory. Questions include 1) how do I drink? 2) how to I void?

Distance: 5 miles
Route: Neighborhood loop

Temperature: 41º
Climate: cool & clear
Weight: 165 lbs.
Hydration? red wine
Stretches? no

Chilly. And yet, shorts. My knees hurt.

Wow, five miles is a very respectable distance to be running everyday

Thank you. Twenty, however, is insane.
