Your time is running out.

My nemesis.
What a full week I have ahead of me. Little time to dawdle, time to hit the road early or not at all.

Attended a few social gatherings this weekend, mostly centering around food.  It is challenging to control your intake in situations like that, but not impossible. I was more successful when I put myself in a room away from the food.

But that's where they keep the booze.

Outstanding run. Wish every morning could be like this. No traffic, cool and breezy. Funny how soon the humidity kicks in. Actually, that's not funny at all, that's just Cleveland.

Not enough time. Want to get to work on the backyard. It will be ninety degrees at dawn before we know it. The wife says she thought this winter would never end. Not metaphorically, during the coldest days she just could not imagine the spring.

Here you go, sweetheart. Welcome home.

Goal: 165 lbs.

Uhm ... okay. That's weird. I had mac and cheese with bacon for lunch, and an enormous Caesar salad with grilled chicken for dinner. The wife thinks it might be all the running.
