Watch me run away.

Not napping during the day, and not drinking any alcohol, and exercise, these things have all contributed to healthy nights of sleep. I hope this continues.

We went out for dinner last night, an evening of dietary indulgence. So strange, to leave a restaurant entirely sober.

What was 2019? My worst marathon. The boy started high school that fall, the wife her final year at that school. Mom began her decline. There were good times, About a Ghoul was a highpoint.
